you could, (depending on how high) but why not just do a simple budget boost BB 2 inch spacers up front and extended shackles out back so you have an even lift therefor you wont have just a high front end and hitting in the back. Rough Country has a good one and I just got the one on ebay for about 85 without the shocks. Then its like 120-150 for any size shock length you need. Good luck

v8 grand cherokee coils are supposed to give you around 3 inches, i think f150 coils are supposed to give you 4 inches or something like that. take the GC V8 coils with some 2 inch spacers and some shackles and a Bastard pack in the back will let you fit some 33s or maybe 35s. of course there are some other mechanical components you may need to make everything work right

you need to get rid of that 4 inch block immediately or else you are gonna run into some major complications. A small block wont hurt much but that big of a block could mess some stuff up.

i dont think the year of the grand cherokee matters, it just has to be a ZJ, not a WJ
