Big Flood Here - Caused belt to squeal?
There was a lot of rain and a big flood, had to drive through it to get home, my belts started squeeling, normal?

Sometimes when the belts get wet they get debris or stuff on them too. You might try cleaning the belt and the pulley's, then make sure the belt is tight. I have had this problem before.
