In-betweener oil filter adapter?

I have a 92 XJ with the 4.0 HO that, like most of them, is pissing oil out the oil filter adapter. The issue/question I have is this: I have the vertical oil filter adapter (which I don't mind too much), and mine has the 5/8" bolt head, rather than the Torx head.

While reading about changing the o-rings, the general consensus is that at some point between 90-93 they switched the the horizontal oil filter adapter, and it seems that the Renix engines have the regular bolt head (and a different o-ring set). So I seem to have an in-betweener engine, in that I still have the vertical oil filter adapter and the hex head bolt, yet it's on a HO engine.

Does anyone know what o-ring set I need? The ones for the Renix (with the hex head bolt) or the ones for the HO? And does it matter that mine is vertical?

Link to a previous thread that talks about the differences here.

Any part numbers, experience, and advice on getting the dang thing off are greatly appreciated! I just don't want to pull it off and be stuck with the wrong o-rings if I can avoid it!
Thanks!

Might want to check around and see of there is a gasket jobber near you. Here I have Knoxville Rubber & Gasket and can take in o-rings and the like for them to match up.

Also, if you are able to go that route, check if you can get them from a better material. Green Air Conditioner o-rings (Hydrogenated nitrile-butadiene rubber, HBNR) come to mind but not positive they are good for engine oil. They do cover a wider temperature range.

That's open. Thank you, coronavirus!

I'll ask around at Fastenal and see who they suggest. I'd love to have them in hand before I start the project, but this can definitely be a last resort.

Ours is open, but the regular sales desk is closed and they have "sales" by a loading dock door with a table to keep distance. Picked up a scrap of rubber for vibration dampening on the fuel filter bracket I just cleaned up.

I seem to recall the Felpro gasket set I got for my zj came with a couple options.

I saw one of the kits from a regular parts place (O'Reilly or similar) had multiple options too.
