i have a 2001 xj c.e.l light come on for misfire on cylinder 3

a month ago I took it to autozone and they told me I had multiple misfire on cylinders 1 and 6 and a evap leak. I had the codes removed by a friend of a friend the code came back maybe two weeks later saying that there’s a misfire on cylinder 3 should I forget it because the car is running pretty darn good? Will I know if I really have a misfire on one of my cylinders?


car drives smooth shift smooth feels strong clean no signs of abuse

i bought the car off a guy who said he knew the previous owner
any who he claimed he changed the spark plugs,coil pack and injectors
But who really knows
