jeep wont start. battery has power but the lights dont come in in or outside of jeep when you turn the key nothing... no starter or nothing turns or comes on, no lights.

 

Have you done anything to investigate? I'd first be checking the contact terminals at the batt, corrosion will cut power to the vehicle.

 

Check your fusable links, Jeeps have a wire to the starter and then a smaller wire that feeds wire to the rest of the Jeep.
Typically it goes, Battery, to a small solenoid/relay than from that relay goes lots of wire to there its needed. Sould like you got one broke or a burnt fuseable Link.
