I have a 98 ford ranger that is wrecked and I was wondering if the leaf spring off the back will work and if so how much loft will it give me

I think newer ranger springs are wider than cherokee, measure them both and see. As far as height, I have no idea. The reason for s10 and dakota springs is they are spring under axle and require more arch to achieve the same ride height as a jeep, hence using them on a sring over vehicle will net more height and they are the same width.

yeah just measure, if they are the same they might work, try some searching if it has been done.

I used a 95 s10 pack that had 2 added leafs... its too stiff now with the 2 main s10's and the 2 big addeds so im gonna swap the big ones for the xjs olds and get some shackles.

See the near the end of my build thread for details. I got my pack for $40 btw.
