Bad vibes in last gear of tranny

Bad vibes in last gear of tranny
So I have noticed that when I am getting up to my last gear (4th?) that it shakes and shimmys alot but if I put it in 3rd I dont get any vibes. What could be causing this? I have an AW4 Auto tranny. Is my tranny about to go?
