bad torque converter or bad tranny?
 

I have a 95 cherokee sport with a 4 1/2" lift and 32.15 tires. I can go in reverse all day, but as soon as I get it up to 2000rpms in overdrive the engine shuts off. I cant figure out whats wrong. Please help.

Whats the fuel pressure in psi?

2000 rpm locked in 3'rd gear and the engine does not shut off?

Its shuts off in od, 1, 2, and 3. How would I check the fuel pressure?

And its an automatic.
