Default bad gas milage...missfire on clynder #2....bad compression hmmmmm

i go to my dads shop ...an i figured i would use his scanner,an it said missfire on # 2 ,so i change plugs...still then check fuel injecter senser thin an it wuz fine.... checked wire an it wuz fine...then compression test an 300 for compression.....so they thimk it might be the valve spring....so im going to check to see if it is ...hopefully thats all it is
