aw4 solenoid resistance
Hi Folks. I'm troubleshooting the lockup function of my AW4 (1989). Shifting 1 - overdrive works just fine but the TC never locks up. I've taken resistance reading from the TCU connector plug. Solenoid 1 reads 10.7, 2 reads 11.0 and 3 reads 1.2 ohms.
I can only assume that means there is a short for the TC circuit some where but before start tearing things apart I wanted to check and make sure all 3 solenoids should read approx 11 ohms.
