Default Anyone have this problem?

My drivers window is the only one that works. I replaced the drivers door window controller. That didn't do it. I found that if I kick the pannel at my foot on the drivers side the passenger windows will jump while holding down the window switch. I havn't removed the kick pannel yet but I got a quote from jeep for 400+ for a new drivers door wiring harness. Im thinking I can just splice in some new wiring through the drivers door dust boot to fix what I hope is just a case of fatuiged wiring from 10 years of opening and closing. Anyone have this issue and how did you fix? Thanks in advance.

Check this out. Although I would advise using an actual wire to jump the connector...maybe even solder it!!

Thanks man. Good thread, I dont know if it will help me though. My drivers window is the only one that works even on the drivers door pannell. I replaced the drivers door window controll block to no avail. I think my problem is a little more than just the pass window lock. Also none of my marker lights are lit on the passenger door window switches. I think they are not getting any power. That said I will try this and hope you are smarter than me!!
Edit: Anyone have a pass door window lock problem that wasn't the switch on the drivers door controll block?

Pull the wire boot off @ the body, and push the other end into the drivers side door. Carefully loosen the wrap surrounding the harness and repair any (probably mulitple) broken wires.
