Default any thoughts or concerns with this

I need some engine experience and advice.

1. I had a radiator flush tee go bad. The cap actually exploded and blew radiator fluid through the engine compartment. The only thing I did different today was run the AC a little. Not sure if this could have caused it. I just replace the entire hose without the Tee Flush. Ran the AC a little and the only issue while idle was the AC kept making some clicking noise like it was coming on and off. Any thoughts or concerns I should have that there was enough pressure to blow the cap off the tee valve?

2. I got the oil changed today and had conventional 10w30 put in. I have 140k miles right now. I have some oil build up around the head and they said I had the same around the bottom gasket. The guy said I will want to get the gaskets replaced but as long as I am keeping good oil pressure and enough oil in it, there should be little to worry about. Do you guys agree with this? I can't do anything about it for at least 6 months.
right now my oil pressure is around 25 idle and 50 while driving and no overheating.

I really appreciate everyones help.

if your compressor is clicking on and off then its low on freon... get a can and put in it... as far as the oil leak goes.. id clean the engine.. replace the valve cover gasket and then watch... these things are notorious for valve cover leaks and rear seals...just make sure you never run it low on oit and you be ok...
