Default Another Intake Swap Question(s)!

1. I wanted to see if anyone has used the exhaust manifold off of ebay from "bestautomotive" along with a 99+ intake manifold?

Hear's the exhaust manifold I'm talking about.http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/JEEP-...item2eaa65e05a

2. Also, these will be going on a 1995 XJ. What is required with the power steering? 99+ bracket and original reservoir?

3. Also, what year serpentine belt?

4. And what year intake/exhaust gasket?

all the parts should go on no problem. on the 4.0L, nothing has changed on it since they quit putting carburetors on them. a stock gasket will work no matter what for the intake or exhaust manifold. same with the belt. when you go to the parts store or buy online, just letting them know that it's a 1995 (like mine, yeah buddy!) you'll get the right parts no problem.

as for BestAuto, they have a store front on Amazon.com as well. they basically are a stocks parts replacement seller, and actually do pretty good business. if you want a stock replacement, you should have no problem. that or shop around for a cheaper price on a similar item.

are you talking about what you need for the intake manifold or the exhaust manifold? Whats the purpose of this "aftermarket" exhaust manifold? I've seen it b4 on ebay, I can see why people buy it... let me know if the gal comes with it. For the intake manifold you will need parts like the serpentine belt, powersteeing bracket and some other stuff I think. Im not sure about the gasket, maybe someone else on here knows. Im going to do the same upgrade but havent gotten around to it yet.
Heres a link to a great site about the swap, good luck.

you probly wont need the power steering bracket... mine was off like a 94 or 95 or 96 or something like that... bolted right on... my problem was a long story though... but your good to go... the reason people (I) use this style exhaust is because it flexis with the head vs. cracking the stock manifolds without the "spring"... jeeps were real bad about cracked exhaust headers... ive replaced 3... and i use these... there cheaper compared to like borla or whatever but better then stock...
