Another Floorpan Question
Ok, I pulled my moldy carpet and found out my driver side floor pan was non existent. I bought new pans and a friend of mine mentioned using 3m's automix 8115 instead of welding the floors in. Has anyone tried this in their xj. Will this weaken the structural integrity.

I am an autobody mech and I myself would not glue them in.I would weld them in simply because of flexing issues.Call the technical number and ask what the shear stength is and if they would recomend it.My guess would be NO.Just my 2 cents
