Can I use an alternator from a 92' jeep Cherokee and put it in a 96' Cherokee?

look both up on a website and check the part number or call a Jeep dealer

RangerFan, you need offer more info before others can offer assistance.

Engine - I6 or 4. And any other particulars on both yours and the donor car.

Sorry bout that I posted it real fast. The 92 is an 4.0 i6 as well as the 96
