so the 4.5" rough country lift came in today and the tire shop has in my dick cepek 33's and rims that i paid for in advance... i got this setup due to a jeep cherokee i saw on cardomain... he had this setup and it look pretty badass... so im askin with the fender trimming for buschwacker flares, will that give me enough clearance for the 33's... or will i need to trim a lil bit extra? and btw im already planning to regear the rear end...

If you bought the oversized Bushwackers flares. The trimming required to fit them on right and a 4.5 inch lift, will provide plenty of room for 33s on an XJ.

so that leads me to my next question im gonna fab up some bumpstops to keep the tire within a half an inch of hitting and ruining my flares.... so about how much travel could i expect with this setup....?

your beat bet it to just put on the lift and tires first you don't really need the bushwacker fenders to get the room needed for the 33 it just helps cover them in case you have cops that stop people for that

well im doin a punisher theme with my xj and gonna do a two tone with silver and black and the flairs are part of the look i wanna achieve with it since its only gonna be a part time offroad rig i want it to look good on the road as well as off... because i have another permanent offroad project... so this will be more of a dd but it'll see its fair share of offroadin.... just a lil mud, sand, and the occasional trail or two....
