Aircon kit - would you risk it?

I'm tempted but has anyone used these guys? The feedback seems good and I guess they know all about aircon in Georgia but it's not like I'll be shipping it back to the US for a refund if it goes wrong.
I'm asking because my aircon is squealing like crazy and I don't trust the compressor to hold together. I think I need to replace it so it doesn't grenade and leave me without a working serp belt/alternator.
