Question airbags deployed now wont start (00 model)

Im going to look at a 2000 XJ that was hit in the rear quarter and deployed the air bags.
Owner says it will turn over fine but wont crank now. It took a hard lick from the pictures.
Is there any kind of cut out relay or reset that would not allow the engine to crank after airbags have been deployed?

It is possible the fuel pump lost power to it if the accident was severe enough.

But i think your right about a shutoff associated with an airbag deployment. Fuel shutoff valve?

yes it is possible there is a relay under the hood for fuel shut off replace that an reset the pcm by turning the key to run disconnect the battery for about a min or 2 then reconnect the battery an it should crank over good luck

Its possible the pump lost power since the impact was right inline with the tank.
I havent been able to go look at it yet to see if their is any obvious damage in that area.
