AC only blows out defroster?
Ok everyone need some help here.... I live in hot as h+*ll NM. My AC works well blows cold as long as im not on the gas... What I mean is if I step on the gas to go the AC stops blowing out the vents and starts blowing out the defroster? Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks for your help...

I'm curious aswell, mine does this too. I suspect its tubing or something unhooked or cracked off, but I have no real idea. I'm probly going to just convert it to OBA because of it haha

You have a vacuum leak somewhere in the system. I am betting if you have cruse control that isn't working either. When you have a vac leak your ac will blow through the defroster vent. You are going to have to trace all you vac lines. the best place to start is at the vac ball behind the front bumper passenger side. Make sure you have no cracks in the vac ball too.
