AC/Heater problem

AC/Heater problem
Just got a 2000 XJ Classic and when I turn on the blower for the AC/Heater it only blows out the defrost vent. Would like a little help before I start tearing into it.

I would check for vacuum leaks first. Sounds like the same problem I had with my 92 and my 91. Idk If the 2000 is cable adjusted or not so if not a vac leak I would next turn to the cable/blend door
