Fuses OK?
Did you change the usual suspects, the blower relay and resistor module?
The resistor module and relay are in the area behind the glove box.
If it 'doesn't' blow on the highest speed setting, its likely 'not' the resistor module itself but could be connectors, relay or control panel switches.
If it 'only' blows on the highest speed setting it could be the resistor module, panel switches or connectors.
If you've got a voltmeter, with ignition and blower set to 'on', the relay should have 12+ Volts on pins 86, 30 and 87.
If there's 12 Volts on pin 87, the relay is doing its job.
But first i'd check to see you have 12+ Volts at the blower motor connector under the hood.
I had spread contact problems with that connector when i changed out my motor.
If none of this works...
Disconnect all blower related connectors and look for burnt or spread pins.
Check that the ground terminal at G108 is ok shown in CCKen's diagram. Where that is, no clue.
If all else fails pull the control panel, it or its connectors could be fried.
