AC and electric fan not working
Just recently my 89 xj stopped blowing any kind of air. It used to weakly blow air out of the vents and one day everything just stopped blowing.
I noticed the jeep starting to overheat and couldn't hear the fan kicking on, so I popped the hood and it was not spinning.
Where would be a good place to start on both of these problems.
Thanks

2 fans under hood?
both not running?
get that first huh?
heater fan, check fan direct with 12v?
when you have wire trouble you must get a manual with wiring info in front of you and learn to figure it out

Id start by unpluging blower motor resistor it plug is below glove box and. unpluging blower fan it plug is under coolant bottle. Then install fuse and switch it to high if fuse blows id replace the switch. If fuse does not blow plug resistor back in. If fuse blows id replace it. If not plug blower back in if fuse blows replace blower motor. Me id replace resistor and blower if either blows the fuse.
