AC Clutch help!
I just replaced my ac clutch assembly and when the compressor engages it seems like it is grinding some metal. is there somthing wrong with the clutch or is this normal for breaking it in any help would be greatly appreciated

If it sounds like it is grinding metal, it just might be. Might be a reason that clutch went south on you.

The compressor could be damaged inturnaly, if so. You will want to replace the Reciever/dryer, it acts as a filter, if the compressor is damaged you will need one of those too. In most cases, when replacing an A/C clutch it should be actuated a few times in short bursts when it is first engauged.
