99 xj chime
 

Hi guys,

New to cherokees-great site!

Just bought a 99 cherokee 5spd, fixing some of the small snags.

I have no door/ign chimes at all currently. I would assume somebody removed the unit. The shop & owners manual make no mentions of any relays...anyone know where the chime unit plugs in & what it looks like?

May I suggest that you're better off without them, just a nannying annoyance?

i dont know the exact location but its near the steering colum i believe if you take the dash apart it sould be easier to find its not that hard to remove the whole dash clips an a few screws i cant remember exactly thoe

does anyone have a picture pls?
