Default 99 heater core problem maybe??

I’ve tried back flushing the heater core lines with no results but just a little milky water then straight to clean water!!! The Cherokee gets up to temp right at 195 on the dash and the top heater core line is blazing hot but the one coming from the water pump is hot but I think should be hotter!!! The heat is barely warm!! I did pull the bottom hose off and tried back flushing at the base of the firewall but I think I messed up because when I looked inside the cab I had some standing water on the floor board or maybe some water got in through the holes that heater core comes out of or I busted the heater core? When I got the Jeep I did a coolant flush and new thermostat because it was over heating and that fixed that!! Could the water pump possibly cause the heat not to get hot that was one of things I didn’t change?? On the vents settings when I change back and forth the air flow changes fine and blows good!!! Idk I think I FFFDD heater core when flushing but it may of been bad anyways!!! Any help appreciated it’s my sons Jeep and it’s fixing to get cold here in Tennessee!!’

If your temperature gauge is reading 195 then you should get heat from the heater core unless you are not getting any flow through the core. It is possible you have a blocked or restricted heater core. Better buy a good jacket.

flush it again and then flush it though the other side and go back and forth a couple of times . I used it straight from the garden hose .

Haven’t been able to flush it but I noticed if you cut the speed down to fan where it’s just barely blowing it’s hot as fire but when you cut it up to max speed the hotness goes down barely warm and also the panel where the heater control switches are is pretty warm to touch and the vent on the top to the right seems hotter than the left one!!! Who knows right now!!! What about the blend door??
