99 Axle work on a 2000?

Does anyone know if a Chrysler 8.25 from a 99 will bolt right up to a 2000? Both drum brakes.

Engine: 4.0L

If its 4wd, make sure it uses the same gear ratio as the front axle. Front and rear ratios have to match.
