I'm starting to think it might be fuel delivery. I went to go take off to find somebody that I heard Bailey thing around in the Backwoods and the Jeep didn't want to move for a couple of seconds it moved slowly but it wasn't happy about it. I'm wondering if it is fuel delivery.
I think your module has an intermittent short...but without verification I'm hesitant to call it.
Don't want you tossing dollars at something if you don't need to.

When I say it has everything, I mean it, it has everything. For $8, it is well worth it. I have gotten FSM's for almost every vehicle I've ever owned...some are better than others...the Cherokee ones are some of the most detailed and well laid out I've ever seen.

have you tried hooking a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel rail and running the engine to 2000 rpm to see if the fuel pressure drops? could be the fuel pump wearing out not being able to keep up.

After looking into the P0463 code more I'm going to have to say it has nothing to do with the runnability issue you're experiencing.
The other codes are what I would focus on. They appear to be more suspect to runnability issues with some symptoms that resemble yours. Again check the wiring, connectors, pins, etc., very closely for breakage, chaffing, etc.
If you don't have a meter, you're going to need one. And you're going to need that FSM material for electrical spec's.

Doesn't really help that my dad is yelling at me saying that I have no idea how to fix this and I should just give up and sell it because I told him. That we thought it was heat soak. Then the fuel pump. Now it's something else? He is going to reem me

I'm sorry guys. I'm just getting s little frustrated. I know this is probably just normal troubleshooting. I'm just having a hard time. I have no idea how a voltmeter works and i can never seem to reproduce the issue when I need to.

No need to apologize; you haven't done anything wrong.
Issues like electrical often require patience and diligence. If you are over-whelmed I would recommend taking it to a shop that knows what they're doing and be done with it. Having said all this, it may still be vapor-lock/heat-soak but until the other issues are resolved it's an unknown.

More overwhelmed that my dad thinks I'm an idiot chasing a problem that doesn't exist he thinks I'm overly sensitive because this is my first car and every little bump and issue seems like the biggest thing in the world and is completely discrediting my ability to fix my car

Ok. I'm calmed down a little. bought the FSM. I don't know where to start with it. I don't know how to use a voltmeter. And I'm not sure about the to testing directions. I don't know how to probe it like he says to

That would be an intermittent problem, and are the worst kind. Intermittent problems are like a fart in the wind. If youre not quick enough, it blows away.
A cut wire. Nice. I have no idea what its for or if its even part of the problem, but it looks like it may be the other end of that crimped wire below it, where that pink wire is now, which doesnt look factory. What color is it? Looks brown or violet. It may be nothing, but its worth finding out where it leads, just in case. And for peace of mind.
