Default 98 heater box door???



this flap just fell out of the box and I’m not sure how it goes back in any help guys???

These help a ton!!!! Thanks guys, should I replace those plunger canisters that are with the vacuum lines? or maybe lube!!! 😆😆

I didn't touch those vacuum actuators at all, but they were all working fine. Make sure you insulate all around the new heater core. That makes a big difference.

Is the door in the first pic necessary? When I put mine back in I think it lodged and now my blend door is sticking, gonna have to pull it again!!!!
