My dash lights and running lights quit working. After seeing some post, I changed the light switch. That didn't fix it. I took the instrument cluster out to get to it. When I put it all back together the car cranks, but no fire. Any thoughts? Could I have triggered a security thing? IDK if there even is one.
All fuses are good. Also, if I pull the light switch out pass the click the lights come on, but not with the headlights. I'll check back later. Thanks

Sounds you have some unrelated issues.

Did you check the headlight switch connector? Loose wires/contacts. Corrosion. Melting.
