98 4.0L poping through TB after warming up

98 4.0L poping through TB after warming up
Hey guys I have a 1998 XJ 4.0L starts fine but after 5 min it will start chugging and poping through the TB. Worst part this happens about 80% of the time but not always. Any ideas were to look?
