98 4.0 ax15 no crank with ignition, starts fine from PDB
Vehicle specs above. I opened up and cleaned mud out of the fuse box yesterday and it started fine before doing that. Didn't try starting it again after I was done. Came out today and I have can't crank the motor. Ran through the no start check list I found on 3 different sites. I can start the Jeep just fine if I jump 87-30 on the starter relay in the PDB and tuns just fine if I do that. IGN switch is OK, all accessory power turns off while trying to crank. CKP ok, spark ok, fuel ok, checked/replaced all fuses and relays related to starting. Jeep does run fine when started from PDB.
What wire is it that goes from the kick panel fuse box and sends signal to the starter relay? I'm fairly confident my issue lies in that connection.

Update, problem solved. I'll archive my findings for future reference. I chewed up a couple connectors pulling them out cause they were caked in mud, I pulled one of the wires out of the connector and that was my issue. The large black and pink wire comes into the fuse panel and gives power to (among other things I'm sure) the #19 fuse, then runs back out the yellow and red wire. My issue was the yellow and red wire. It's just another thing to check if you have a no start issue and have ever messed around in the fuse box.
It's the top left connector (labeled C1 in my FSM) and the one below it (labeled C2).
The 2 wires are outlined in salmon color in this pic to show them.
