$97 Stainless Exh Manifolds Any Good?
Anybody have experience with these manifolds? Looking for one for my 87.

I don't know if you have any smog laws that won't let you put a header on your cherokee but if I could I would install something that can add a little power . looking at headers that fit your XJ it would only be about $50-$75 more than the manifold you are looking at now .

Anyone else try these Stainless manifolds? Other low-dollar manifolds I've tried in the past (for a ZJ) cracked right away, and fit like crap. I had to do a bunch of grinding to get it to mount correctly. But it wasn't one of these stainless manifolds either.

No smog laws for me, but I want to keep this repair basic. Old manifold is cracked. I use this Jeep to plow snow for my driveways, maybe put on 2k mi a year. Plus, exh is new. Probably stick with stock exh. On another rig I might consider that ideal though.

I went thru 2 cheap ebay headers on my 94 both cracked ended up welding the second one also the flanges wer thinner so had to add spacers to make the bolts sit right and tighten up
