Yesterday, I started the jeep (1997 Cherokee Sport) and the windshield wipers worked fine to get some snow off the windshield and kept working, but then I went back later and they wouldn't work at all. I don't know where to look for the fuse, or windshield wiper motor, and the owners manual is no help. any suggestions please?

 

fuse panel is under the dash by your left knee.

 

go check your fuse and let us know what ya found and we'll go from there. ya need ta get those fixed.

 

checked the fuse, and my dad reconnected it or something, and they work now! thank you so much =)

 

had the same problem two years ago with my MJ. Put too much stress on the wiper linkage and ended up braking the linkange and burning our the motor. Now I always scrape or brush the snow off the windshield by hand first befor using the wipers.
