97 cherokee,check engine light

Hello, I hope someone can give me some info, my 97 Cherokee has a check engine light on. I went and had the codes run and it shows P0705 and p0700, all they told me is its a trans axle module or has a fault or failed range sensor. any help would be appreciated thank you

Neutral safety switch attached to the side of the transmission. ( it's the "range sensor"- senses which "range" you've put the shifter in: Reverse, Park, Drive, etc)
There are write-ups on cleaning and adjusting it, which normally takes care of the problem.
