'96 XJ: will 97+ intake manifold fit with Thorley headers?

'96 XJ: will 97+ intake manifold fit with Thorley headers?
The title says it all. I have a '96 4.0 with Thorley headers. I have a newer style air intake manifold I want to put on, but I"m not sure it'll fit on with the Thorley headers. Has anyone tried this?
