So I have a 96 xj that I recently swapped the engine with a 99. I swapped over the injectors, distributor, coil, and throttle body. After completing the swap I hooked the battery up to charge. Unfortunately the charger was set to 50 amp jump start and I think it blew up the PCM. I replaced the with an exact replacement and it started up no problem. It runs good with no misfire no codes but after warming up it likes to turn off randomly. Doesn't matter if you're driving or sitting completely still. Sometimes it'll catch itself before it dies complete other times it just shuts off. It doesn't sputter or anything like that. Just turns off. Needing some help...
