Default 96 xj LED dash problem

Converted my dash, radio, heater control switch, t case, and interior lights to LEDs a few years ago. I've had problems with the right side of my dash cluster ever since. Every 4-5 months the lights on the right side of the cluster start to flicker and I end up changing them out and issue resolves. Until another 4 months or so. No problems anywhere else. I've tried 3 different bulb makers. Has anyone else had problems with their dash cluster? Any ideas? It's really annoying to have to take out the dash multiple times a year. Was thinking about just going back to incandescent bulbs. its a 1996. Thanks

Could be over/under volting the LEDs might need a capacitor and voltage limiting resistor

Load resistors are likely the answer. Not a hard fix. Cheap too.

I'm electrically challenged. is there an easy resource on how to do that or product you recommend? Pretend you're teaching forrest gump how to do it.

Ez fix, not a complex issue. Any supplier will have diy instructions. Painless wiring, Ron Francis, speedway motors.
