Default 96 XJ Behind dash question.

Ok I got a 96 XJ with I6 and auto. When I first got it, it was hit and slowly Ive been putting it back together.

Now, the AC works, its been charged and runs pretty cool, not bad but defiantly not great.

The problem is, underneath the dash there is a drip coming out and its making a mess, the Xj always has a damp smell inside and its only when I run the AC.

What the box called and what do I need to order, or should I pull from the JY?

I just found a great write up on dash removal, but Im not sure what all everything is called.

Be sure that the breather tube is attached to the box and that it goes throught the firewall.

The AC removes moisture from the air and drains it to the outside of the vehicle, you may have a clogged hose from the catch pan or missing/broken hose/catchpan.

Go to the junkyard and see if you're missing something or have something broken.

ok, well it was a front end collision the XJ was in..

the bottom of the box from what I can feel and see is cracked all the way across...
I tried patching it with some putty ((totally amateur move))
But it jus kept leaking. No water getting outside.
