96 won't start

96 won't start
I had a misfire (cylinder 2) about 2 weeks ago, kept on driving another 200 miles and didn't think much of it.
Now the jeep has sat for about a week and I go to use it last night, all the lights came on fine, the solenoid clicks but it won't start, won't even turn over.
Today I went out to play with it and no lights came on at all. I tested the battery and measured 2 volts, so I jumped it, and it cranks (slowly) but doesn't even come close to starting.
Anybody got ideas?
