Crown sells one you can find on Quadratec. I have seen other members use it with no issues.
Then you have the cheaper ones on Ebay. Who knows how well they will perform. Also, there are no more Mopars left for this (if you do find one, it will be very expensive), so you have to go the aftermarket way.

Does anyone know why the 95 and 96 are different? The pump modules generally list fitment from 94-96, but the whole assembly mentioned above is specific to '96 and there doesn't appear to be a complete assembly available from Crown for the 94-95's.

The '96 is a one off fuel pump assembly. Buying anything else will lead to disappointment. There are a lot of good threads out there regarding this, but I know the sending unit for the fuel gauge is one difference.
