Default 96 cherokee sport 4 door

I have a 96 Cherokee sport 4door 4wheel drive 4.0 straight 6 ad I wanna know what necessary mods should be made to the truck. Also I wanna know what mods I can and can't do. I already know I can't run bigger that 33's because I have a Dana 35 in the rear. Right now my plan is lift it 4.5" with 32's on 15's. Some fender flares and push grill/brush guard. A cold air intake and custom exhaust. Is there anything I should do or that I can't do? Thanks for the help guys and opinions are welcome

Dont put on exhaust bigger than 2.5", you will lose low end torque
Also don't remove your cat, its a federal offense (I think)
happy modding

Well what I'm doing is is a full exhaust... Headers and everything... All stainless steel... Banks headers to a high flow cat then a y pipe the splits to 2 45 angles where the 2 magnaflow mufflers the two two more 45s and come our infront of the rear wheels one tip on each side...

Sounds cool. I have 93 two door sport. I ran straight pipe into flowmaster super 44 with a resonator from newer challenger to keep the drone noise down. It sounds great.

i desided to not do my original plan and completely re fabricated a chevy colorado Gibson exhaust to fit my xj... spent 40 bucks on muffler back exhaust from a buddy of mine chopped welded and made it fit... its a 2.25 inlet with dual 1.35 outlest and come stright out the back.. sounds tough its lighter looks better and is a lot faster... im happy with it

Do you have any recovery points? I would get a class 3 or 4 rear tow hitch and front tow hooks... Do you have any skid plates? if not I would get those 2.. a brush guard can do more damage then good... your exhaust looks good...
and as for looks you can tint the windows and add some clear side markers...

no pictures yet... its a 12" white led strip... i had it out side of the filter housing and 2 of my cop buddies pulled me over in my driveway one night and said i cant have a multi bulb license plate light... plus it was soo bright once the truck was far enough you could still see the light but not the tail lights... so what i did was i folded the strip in half tucked it inside original housing/filter and it dimmed it down so its not as bright and you cant tell that its a multi bulb system...

in the day time you cant really see it but at night it makes a world of difference
