Starts up runs great for about an hour then starts running like **** after its been driven. Check Engine light comes on and idles real funny. Any ideas?

Engine: 4.0 H.O. K&N, Borla headers, custom down pipe, magnaflow hi-flo cat, flowmaster to turn down tip
bad O2 sensor or MAP sensor. when car gets hot, the O2 sensors control the Air to Fuel ratio, so that is probably your culprit. easiest way to know is scan it when the light comes on
