93 low idle/stall
 

I have been having an issue with my 93 XJ. It kept stalling out, so I decided to clean the throttle body. That fixed it for a while, but now when my jeep idles it stalls. Only sometimes though. Does anyone think it could be the Idle Air control? :help:

Idle air control definitely suspect. So is the throttle position sensor.

Also know that a marginal battery can result in "stalling" symptoms; it is very common.

Okay, no dice. It keeps stalling. At 55 MPH, it will just loose power, stall and backfire. Then it just keeps stalling anytime I get it out of 2nd gear. I'm desperate. I had to have it trailered home :(

What have you tried. Details.

I put a new cap on the dist. I cleaned the IAC, i cleaned the throttle body. I'm drawing a blank, but that sounds to be about it.
