93 2wd to 2000 4wd conversion

93 2wd to 2000 4wd conversion
My son wrecked his 2000 4wd and we have a opertunity at a 1993 in good shape but its 2wd. What would be easier putting the 2wd body on the 4wd or putting the 4wd parts on the 2wd? Or can any of this be done?

this should be in tech.
It is very possible to swap all parts from the 2000 to the older cherokee. going to need all parts from wiring to x-member out of 2000 to go into the older cherokee. Our jeeps are unibody-no swapping bodies.
