92 Cherokee won't Run/Fuel fouling Spark plugs.
Very rich condition will not stay running at idle.
Its like the timing and fuel mixture are being affected.

Some time you can get it to run by working with throttle then when it gets above 3000 rpms it clears out runs fine when above this rpm. Then falls flat in to the stumbling and popping threw exhaust ,will not idle.The tacometer is goofy when this happens too!

Have changes Pcm ,cps,cap rotor wire three set of Spark plugs since this condition started.

Fuel pressure 41 key on engine off.
With regulator opened 36
With regulator closed 39
New fuel filter

Just cleaned the AIT sensor.
Not open has resistance.

Coolant Sensor not open has resistance.


Any help would be appreciated.

How could i make cert an this condition exists with out removing motor or trans?

Tried to start jeep today it almost ran it idled a little, gave it gas it died then would not start after a few try or even hit any cylinders.
