91 jeep cherokee
Hi i have a 91 jeep cherokee Its doesnt get spark or power to the fuel pump. Every once in a while the fuel pump will turn on then it will have spark and run fine i was told it might be the pcm but no t sure it you have any answer i need help

Had lead wires down to the CrankPosSensor fried by the exhaust on a jeep couple years back, go with checking the connections and look at the wires condition too. Just so I understand correctly, you describe no fuel pump power and no ignition spark at the same time, right?

This does sound like a problem with the crankshaft position sensor circuit.
For an intermittent issue like this, I would start by removing the connector to the crank sensor at the bellhousing, where it is located. Get a can of electronic contact cleaner (available everywhere for about $4.00). Thoroughly spray and clean the connector with that cleaner. Then add a small dab of dielectric grease (important) and reconnect.
The crank sensor connectors are subject to some debris getting inside and debris equals resistance path and that can create electrical gremlins.
