Default 91 frontend/steering problems 'clunks'

Please forgive my ignorance. I have no real mechanic skills or tools, but I am learning. Luckily, I just got another '92 XJ "Romona the Stormtrooper" from 'Skipper_Gruuvy' that is a much more reliable DD for my girl and I'm already greased up to my elbows in this one, "The K9".

This post is text heavy and has several pictures - of which I can take more. Hey, everybody likes pictures and maybe someone with my problem will find it through search keywords.

And yes I know how the search functions, that's how I have arrived at these diagnostic conclusions, just no posts have been as detailed as I feel I am currently making this one.

So here's the detailed writeup of the issues, pics after:
I got a 1991 Cherokee i6 4x4 on a 6 week old 3"lift with the police service package and TWO BIG CONCERNS. Detailed pics below after descriptions.

1. The front passenger wheel - when compared to the driver side - appears to have some major extra toe-out and negative camber. The toe-out is obvious in the pics below and the negative camber is evident by how that outside of the tire nearly went bald in 1000 miles.
Note: this is clearly different from the alignment of the driver's side. So what would do that? Ball Joints? Look at the close up of the passenger side hub.

2. I also a "clunk clunk clunk clunk clunk clunk clunkclunkclunk" as I put into gear off a stop (its just as it reads sorta becomes for rapid). Its really noticeable on any sort of incline. And the motor sorta seems like it is about to stall at these torquey moments.
Note: This only happens for a few seconds and goes away after momentum has been built with no noticeable motor or trans noises or vibrations after that. I am guessing that is the motor mounts/transmission mount (?) as the pics below show how cracked they are.

Those are my problems on paper, let's take a look:

Things are just not right geometrically. Especially on the passenger side. I think it is so clearly obvious with how much toe-out is going on that side. Yeah the wheels are turned a lil to the right but the passenger looks turned even more.

I know for certain the sway bar links are all tweaked out and I need to just get adjustable qd's.

I also bet an adjustable tracbar (this rusty one has some funky bends to it) would solve some stuff or do I just gotta adjust what is circled in yellow?

Here is the passenger side hub with lots of weird rubbing around the u-joint - if that's what it is; where red and blue is exposed around all the road grime (circled in green on the second pic). Also, what is that circled in purple in the second pic? Ball Joint?:

Lastly how bad are these motor mounts? (sorry for no pick of trans mount)
Passenger side:

Driver's side:

Thanks to anyone who took the time to read this and many more to those who can offer advice.

Okay, that is way raggedy looking at the joint, would adjusting it improve any steering/frontend geometry. Is HD steering necessary or do the stock ones offer the same adjustments?

Not necessary, but you may wanna look into the ZJ upgrade. Direct swap, but better gear.

Your options are really going to be chose by what your goals are for the truck.

Its gonna be a high mileage vehicle but still able to perform very light off-roading. So I just wanna drive it so the tires wear down evenly and it doesn't vibrate apart. Inevitably I will replace most parts for adjustable components but I got currently have only a few hundred bucks and want to safely drive around town asap.

Look into the V8 Grand Cherokee steering component swap, and replace with OEM what isn't already replaced with the V8 GC stuff and you'll be more than fine.
