‘91 Engine Races at Every Start

Hard starting in cold temps when engine is cold, sometimes to the point I have to floor the accelerator to get it to start. Will then run very rough and will smooth out as engine heats up, eventually RPMs will come down to normal. Even with hot engine in warm temps it will race upon startup, as though it’s cold and needs to heat up. RPMs will eventually come down to normal. Occasional high idle at stoplights. IAC clean and functioning, TB cleaned, TPS tested and seems to be consistent and within spec, new front temp sensor.

Codes are:
12
75
73
35
55

12&55 are normal/meaningless.
I can’t find any reference to 75&73
35 says it’s a fan relay problem.

Useful ideas?

Thank you.

Thanks EZ, but it seems that is a listing of codes that may or may not be applicable to the XJ. I really wanted to know if someone had a good idea of what the symptoms may be caused by. I listed the codes but I'm not seeing anything that necessarily points me in the direction of the cause of my symptoms. The Jeep runs great otherwise, and gets decent fuel mileage.
