Left the lights on last week and after getting a jump, couldnt get my cherokee to idle. It starts but dies after a few seconds...will not idle. Eventually towed it to a shop and they reset the computer by 'cracking the throttle'. Just replaced the fuel pump and once again, no idle. Cant get ahold of a shop because its the holiday weekend. Any ideas? Ive tried the touching +/- terminals and headlights things, ive messed with the throttle, let the battery sit unplugged, I am desperate. The battery is for sure good, had O'Reilly test it.
