90 Cherokee Wagoneer 4.0 slow to start (VIDEO)

90 Cherokee Wagoneer 4.0 slow to start (VIDEO)
Been replacing some stuff since I just picked it up a few days ago. Has a brand new Autocraft Gold battery, Bosch spark plugs, fixed a few loose/broken vac lines going to EGR solenoid, Cruise Control and HVAC.
Still slow to start... where should I begin? Assuming its fuel related, a friend said to check the fuel regulator and its not leaking, but may be bad on the inside? Its getting proper vac to it BTW.
Let me know what you think.

Definitely extended crank time.......have u tried turning the key to "on" for say 5 seconds, then turn the key to "start"? Any difference?

That's not slow at all. The Renix computer system just takes a little longer to read the engines cranking and it making sure it's fast enough to start.

Ok, my bad, learn something new (about Renix) everyday. I'm used to bumpin' the starter and it's runnin' instantly......cold, hot, anywhere in between.

Pretty normal for Renix.
If you want to improve it, some gains can be had by doing Tips 1,3,4, and 5 in my Pink Link below. #7 would be a great idea also.
Have you ever cleaned the throttle body and IAC? Tip 11.
